INTRODUCTION
Ayurveda is derived from two Sanskrit root words: Ayu which means ‘Life’, and Veda which means ‘the Knowledge’. Thus Ayurveda refers to the Science of life and longetivity.

Ayurveda, the art and science of life, translates as the all-encompassing knowledge of life. It is a health system that utilizes everything which nature has offer (food, spices, herbal medicines, colours, metals, precious stones, sounds).  Ayurveda is not only limited to body or physical symptoms but also gives a comprehensive knowledge about spiritual, mental and social health.
 Ayurveda not only conquer diseases but prevent also.
